PUBLIC TEACHING PACK v1.0 Jason Hreha | BehavioralStrategy.com | 2026-09-05 START HERE For a first session, use the M-PESA student packet in student-casebook.pdf and a blank decision-workbook.pdf. Save a recommendation before opening the worked analysis in facilitator-guide.pdf. The Word files contain editable versions. The guide includes the proposed 90-minute agenda, teaching notes, worked cases, and measurement answers. Timings are teaching estimates, not measured results. workshop-slides.pptx contains six editable facilitation slides and speaker notes. workshop-slides.pdf is a presentation copy. The workshop can run without slides. The slide PDF preserves page images; editable text and speaker notes are in the PPTX. The other PDFs contain selectable text. The three student cases and the lab are separate exercises; the 90-minute session uses one chosen case. See education-workshop.txt in sources/. MEASUREMENT PRACTICE measurement-records.csv contains 24 invented team-occasion records from 12 fictional teams. It contains no real participant data. The lab and answer guide supply the scenario, dictionary, missing-data rules and calculations. measurement-answers.json is the machine-readable answer key. Keep it separate until learners finish. All counts, support costs and thresholds in the fictional exercise are instructional examples, not findings or general decision rules. EDITING AND OFFLINE USE The office files include the instructions and source references needed to run the exercises offline. Original external publications require internet access and are not bundled. sources/ contains editable text copies of the web pages, including the solo route and methodology guides. They use ordinary Markdown headings and tables; no site software is needed to read or adapt them. host-observation.txt is an optional local record of delivery difficulties. It has no collection endpoint. Teaching participation does not by itself permit research use, public quotation or disclosure of learners' information. EVIDENCE STATUS The cases are retrospective public-source teaching reconstructions. There is no claim of historical framework use, independent delivery trials of this pack, or prospective validation of the integrated method. The rubric is informal. A completed exercise is not a qualification or a validated fit assessment. REUSE Original new teaching text and data: CC BY 4.0, with attribution and changes identified. Existing methodology guide text retains CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, as marked in those two text files. External publications, fonts, marks and third-party template elements retain their own rights. VERSION AND INTEGRITY file-list.json inside the ZIP lists payload hashes and the source-file hashes. The web manifest adds the ZIP hash after packaging, avoiding a recursive hash. The archive contains the learner files AND the facilitator answers. Source notes: source-notes.txt. Web hub: https://behavioralstrategy.com/education/.
