Behavior Calendar

Summary: Map when and where the selected behavior can naturally occur in the user’s day/week. This exposes feasible cues and conflict times before product work begins.

Design checklist

  1. Identify daily/weekly recurring slots and anchor events.
  2. Note energy/attention rhythms for the target audience.
  3. Mark hard constraints (commute, caregiving, shift work).
  4. Propose 2–3 viable cue windows and test them.
  5. Hand off viable cues to Implementation Intentions.

Measurement

  • % of users with at least one viable cue window.
  • Adherence in pilots by cue window.

FAQ

Is this just calendar booking?
No. It is pre-product feasibility, matching behavior to real contexts and rhythms.
