How to read the matrix #
- Dispositional Fit, Capability Fit, Context Fit refer to the Behavior Fit Assessment.
- Treat the minimum fit rating as a candidate bottleneck and comparison heuristic, not a deterministic predictor.
- These are retrospective analyst ratings, not company measurements. The categorical labels match the current case records; they do not convert to numeric BFA scores. Read each case for its population, target behavior, evidence notes, and limitations.
